18 hours at ULDM can be tiring and taxing. The role of the Team Leaders is to keep the morale of their team up throughout the event, and lead their teams throughout the event. Becoming a Team Leader is a great experience and another way to get involved with ULDM and show your passion for the event. At ULDM, the dancers are split up into eight teams. Competitions throughout the event will determine the best team at ULDM.
